Meet the clinician and make a safe plan.
Your clinician reviews history, allergies, medications, symptoms, substances, location, timing, and goals. If a prescription is appropriate, it routes to a partner or local pharmacy.
Partner pharmacy
Used for eligible advance or post-event medications, injections, and topicals when timing and state rules allow.
Local pharmacy
Used for time-sensitive and during-event needs such as ondansetron, emergency contraception, STI prevention, ear drops, or urgent-care prescriptions.
No prescription
Sometimes the safest plan is supportive care, testing, watchful waiting, or immediate in-person evaluation. You still received the clinical visit you paid for.

Tell the clinician what you took, what you usually take, what you are worried about, and where you are physically located. The goal is not to catch you doing something wrong. The goal is to keep you safer.
Bring the real story
Symptoms, timing, substances, alcohol, supplements, allergies, chronic conditions, and any medication you already used.

You may ask questions, decline a recommendation, request alternatives, and understand the risks and benefits before deciding.
